Here is the Arabidopsis reference built.

@EsperanzaDai thanks for the pull request. Can you share the reference file and clades_extended.csv which you used to generate the index? I also wonder you can provide any sequence file.

The clades information is included in the clades.csv file shared in the folder. And I will share the sequence file.
