Could not activate plug in #126

I really wanted to try the beta with the Kerouac But I am getting this warning and it will not activate.

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /var/www/vhosts/beautifulordinary.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/aesop-core-dev 3/admin/class-aesop-core-admin.php on line 66

I am using a child theme and I deleted the first aesop story plugin thinking it might be some sort of conflict. But it is not. Any ideas?

Yippee that did it!! Let the learning begin! PS,Love Love Love this whole concept. As a photographer, I have been looking for something like this for a while. I think blogging will be fun now. Great job and Kerouac is awesome too!!
