Whenever a component is updated,   is added below the shortcode.

Steps to replicate:

There doesn't seem to be any ramifications with having multiple  s inserted into the post on the front-end, other than the annoyance of extra breaks in the post editor.

this is becoming more frequent and should be addressed on the next release
