Timeline conflict when used with chapters #91

When you add timeline components on the same page as chapter components, the chapter navigation is incorrect. For example, I will click chapter 2, but it takes me to the nearest timeline component instead.

I used your multiple chapters post and added 2 timeline components above chapter 2, but spread apart (1 above and below the image.. hope that makes sense).

for now these really can't be used on the same page as they're, at the core, the same thing. We have that addon in progress so this option will be possible with addons, but not directly through Aesop, yet.
