Remove Alignment Record system or replace it with a better one #468

Bad offenses could give bad luck or something like this. But what about minor offenses?

Alignment record is pretty useless now, because killing cross-aligned monsters gives at least +5 alignment record bonus.

More about the thing: https://nethackwiki.com/wiki/Alignment_record

For example, knight honor is now almost useless, since it gives only alignment record penalty, which is quickly offset by killing cross-aligned monsters.
