Ghost Headline theme is ported as a Hyvor blogs theme.

Initial review:

[x] _comments and _newsletter placeholders should not be shown on pages. Use {% _route.name != 'page' %}
[x] All colors in config.yaml should be changed from aaaaaa to #aaaaaa. Otherwise, config def breaks. Check with our config tool to verify that the configs and defs are working correctly.
[x] Add an indication in the loop for featured posts. Example
[x] Code block content style is imperfect

The following changes are required after our next release on Monday (4th of September)
