Migrate to docz w/ typescript

This is a branch for exploring migration to docz and TypeScript.

@elainen @aamorozov There's a lot in here; don't feel like you need to go through it thoroughly (unless you want to!). Here's some highlights of what I've done:

• Docz

  • deployed to netlify via CI
  • Removed styleguidist and docker-related things

• Typescript

  • Removed flow and lots of related things
  • Renamed and annotated all the code to be typescript

• Take a look at the Readme

  • There are lots of TODOs in here

• I removed UMD bundles from all of the packages

  • They were adding a lot of complexity to the build process
  • I don't think anyone would ever use them?

I'd like to merge this into 0.1, if you are both ok with it. There are still things that i want to do, but i think we can do them after the merge. I'll list some of them here for now, but we might want to pull them out into issues or something.

• Establish a master branch (maybe just rename 0.1?)
• Bug report issue template?
• Feature/Component request issue template?
• Fix all the lint errors introduced by TS conversion
• Document and improve our new package creation flow
• Document and improve publishing flow
  • Add a prepublish e2e test that builds, publishes, and installs changed packages to make sure they work
• Create a Docz component for showing package information (current version, how to install, maybe changelog?)
• Write some tests!
• Decide on some future plans for visual/animated components
  • Should we divide them up by library, i.e., styled-components, or react-spring animations?
