For board layouts, it is typically necessary to draw a simple rectangular box, sometimes with rounded corners. The current approach by doing single lines and then possibly re-arrange the size is sub-optimal because

changes of the size require fiddeling with all four lines and manually match the corners correctly.
Having rounded corners is even more of a nightmare as now 8 elements need to be fiddled with.

If we could use the awesome polygon drawing feature currently only used for copper-pours, all this would be addressed.
