Moving a component - hightlight related pads ? #14

When moving a component, it would be useful to highlight all the related pads when moving. Maybe only the closest pads as established by the local ratsnest.

Also, possibly combined with hightlight local net: the rubber-bands should just have a highlight color (brighter gray or yellow or something).
