eeschema: Footprint visibility should be default off.. #22

Whenever editing a component, the footprint visibility is turned on. Which is very annoying. Make this at least configurable globally somewhere. But really, it should be off.

Instead here, we should maybe have a tooltip hovering that give additionall information when hovering over the component label.
