Limit zoom to 2x visible area #40

it is possible to zoom out foreverish but that is not really helpful, mostly just annoying if it happens accidentally. We should limit the maximum zoom-out so that we only can see maximum 2x the area around the current board.

We still would want to zoom out all the way to the current paper, so it requires some switching of view of some sort.
