library browser: preview issues #48

  1. On Linux, focus starts on the preview instead of the left (library name) list.
  2. On osx you can't tab out once you're in.
  3. Doesn't snap to pins like when you're routing, so not useful for measuring spacing

The main thing that 1 causes is that you can't hit "Enter" to accept the last-used footprint, or up/down to pick similar ones, since the preview stole focus.
