pcbnew: xray or flipped display #49

When I want to lay out the back, turning off display of all front layers is difficult. Would be even better to see the back in mirrored mode, or even be able to export flipped.

it does, but slightly buggy: one of the scroll-bars behaves 'inverted'. But you said, you don't use them anyway, so you might not notice :)
