pcbnew: "w" hotkey doesn't work in opengl mode #54

It actually does work once you start drawing, just doesn't while in "Add tracks and vias" mode.

The behavior of autoselecting a copper layer while in that mode and pressing "x" differs between Default and OpenGL. (OpenGL's is better, Default's just silently does nothing while on non-copper, unless you click which shows an error dialog.)
