LED-RGB Matrix isn't working after being unplugged #1568

Hello, my LED RGB Matrix board was working perfectly for months and never had any issues with it. One night, I had to unplug the pi to plug in something and I disconnected the pi and boards power and when I went to plug it in again, it never worked properly after. I have checked the connections on it and I can access the Spotipi web interface but cannot get the board to display anything. Anyone know of something I can do?

the RPi may be KAPUT... check the red led, it must remain steady as You plug the power adapter
