Where can I buy one of these? #743

I don't have the supplies/time/skills to build them myself.

If you don't want to solder these yourself, I've heard there are compatible boards available on https://www.electrodragon.com/product/rgb-matrix-panel-drive-board-raspberry-pi/ but I have not tested them myself nor am I affiliated with them in any way.

I have used the ElectroDragon board quite a bit, it works well.
