Constant red light in the background of the text? #774

I have tried wiring directly to rasberry pi 3b+ and run the demo program , but i see here a red light constantly in the background of the text. I am attaching following link for the image of my panel..https://ibb.co/GCRWt51

Questions anyone who would be willing to help you would ask: What panels are you using? What’s the pinout? Refresh rate? How are they wired to your pi? What is the list of command line arguments you are using for the demo?

There are countless panels out there. 😔
