Update build and release #20

Update to Go 1.14.
Add Go module updater make target.
Switch from manual build to goreleaser.
Bump go modules.

Weird, the build is failing at checkout code. Maybe CircleCI needs a re-auth to GitHub?

Oh, sorry, just came across this pull request. Github is not really good in pointing out that there is a pull request to review once you miss the iniital mail.

The CI seems to have trouble checking out the project, and it does seem to use ssh authorization for that, for which it doesn't find the (right) key. Can we tell CircleCI to use the http checkout ?
