[Suggestion] Request to Add BPC Time Service Support #35

I would like to request the addition of support for the BPC time service in your software.

The BPC time service is now patent-free and can be freely used. There are currently radio-controlled clocks in China that use the BPC standard. It would be great if your software could add support for the BPC time service.
