Compilation of CUSP with latest Thrust #15

thrust::gather is now deprecated. The latest CUSP should be compileable with 
the latest Thrust, shouldn't it?

Cusp v0.1 works with Thrust v1.2, but the development version of Cusp depends 
on the development version of Thrust.  You can get the development version of 
Thrust using these instructions:
http://code.google.com/p/thrust/source/checkout
