I did try to run it by following the Github manual.
However, I could NOT make it work by running the following two commands:
docker pull hzibraunschweig/sormas-stats:latest
docker run -p 0.0.0.0:3838:3838 hzibraunschweig/sormas-stats:latest
It seems that I first need to install SORMAS before I try to run SORMAS-stats, correct?
However, I don’t really need a complicated client-server system with 2-factor authentication.
I now have an Excel file with detailed information for ~1,000 COVID-19 cases.
This file recorded exactly who transmitted to whom, at what date and location.
Do you have light version of SORMAS-Stats that allows user to generate the Figure 2 and Figure 3 shown in your paper, for an Excel file containing known transmission path?
