Adaptation of the script relating to the "COLL" variable (french need) #59

Feature Description

Following consistency and quality checks of the entry, it is necessary to modify the initial script which creates the "COLL" variable.

I attach the new script which includes two modifications: 1) adaptation of the request 2) modification of the labels to shorten them var_coll20210906.txt

@carolinverset I updated the script and merged to the development branch. Attached is the script, please have a look if all is fine. We can discuss issues that you would find in next meeting collectivite_computatioin.txt .
