Sven Co-op hangs after restarting and trying to start a new game #151

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Play on a server or local game
  2. Change video resolution
  3. Game restarts
  4. When trying to start a new game, process stops responding

Mentioning that I was using windowed mode.

Tested on CS, works fine. It's only on SVC and it also happens without MHSV and on both windowed and full screen mode.

Closing this as it isn't MHSV's fault.
