what happens
When I input into private reddit instance the following partial URL reddit.simo.sh, nostrudel does not recognize it as a working URL.
When I add the https://reddit.simo.sh this is recognized as a valid URL
Same applies for nitter box etc.
suggestion
automagically add https:// prefix if missing after user enters in partial URL
