I can only follow suggested profiles one by one. Presumably for new nostr users they won't know who is who, and what content is produced by the respective profile.
suggestion
1) Add a follow all button.
2) It is possible profile info is insufficient info to want to follow a particular profile. Unless there are individual post previews, click to see profile preview, or a thematic breakdown (e.g. bitcoiners, homesteaders etc.) recommend removing individual follow option.
