on the relay page:
when i click notes, i would expect to see the notes stored on that relay
when i click users, i would expect to see the allowed npubs for that relay
when i click the list filter, i would expect to notes stored on that relay that are from users in the selected list. (it currently seems like updating this option here does nothing so maybe it just needs to be removed to avoid confusion)
