Make reading threads easier #169

When I get a link to a note, I want to be able to read the thread of arguments start to finish. How do I do that from there:

I know I can click backwards note by note but then I lose the down-thread. Please show the full notes and scroll to the linked note or at least provide an expand button on all the collapsed notes.
