display settings should be machine specific #180

i run NoStrudel on three different machines

16" QHD 16:10 55" 4K 16:9 75" 8K 16:9

fairly large difference in the way content looks on them yet display settings ( specifically "max page width" ) i save on any of them are automatically applied to the others ... somehow i don't think that's optimal.

display settings should be specific to the display / machine hardware, not the user account / npub.

although the same setting looks ACCEPTABLE on all the screens i keep fiddling with the settings and then it affects the others then i keep fiddling more ... chasing my own tail.

i would like to just be able to put this to rest but i'm afraid the only way that will happen is if i can adjust these settings individually on every screen.

edit: after thinking about it - it's more my OCD than an actual issue.

nothing is actually wrong.
