New notifications doesn't automatically show up on the notification page #189

Environment: Docker Docker image: latest ghcr.io/hzrd149/nostrudel:next image.

I seem to have to reload the page to load new notifications. I'm not sure if this is by design or a bug but I think it would improve the UX that new notifications show up automatically when they happen.

It doesn't help going to the timeline and back to notification view either, you have to reload the page.

Actually, after my last comment, the notifications never updated, even though I reloaded. Visited my other nostrudel instance which uses the ghcr.io/hzrd149/nostrudel:0.39.0 docker image and that listed a whole bunch of notifications I hadn't seen in the notifications view on my "next" instance.
