Fix profile loader getting stuck on local relay #193

This seems to happen a lot when using the WASM relay or nostr-relay-tray. Something about the latency is causing it to get stuck

That issue is the one about usually seeing just cryptic strings instead of names and avatars?

yeah, still trying to track it down. it has something to do with the "Browser Cache" internal relay. If you use the "Internal SQLite Cache" then it goes away
