Update EXMARaLDA library and redeploy #7

We need to update the EXMARaLDA library and redeploy the web services. The new EXMARaLDA library contains some bug fixes and some modifications to the TEI exports (mostly from ZuMult). Is anybody in Hamburg still in charge of this? I have an account for the HZSK TomCat, but I'm still not sure if and how we should handle versioning.

N.B.: It seems that the lib should not be compiled with Java 8 or higher (since Tomcat@HZSK is on Java 7). Updating the library in NetBeans is done by right-clicking on Dependencies/EXMARaLDA... and selecting "Manuall install artifact"
