Artefacts on flowframe #242

Hi,

I have tried to do double the frames with flowframe using rife last updated model. Here the source video:

Battle1_test.zip

and here the output:

Battle1_test-2x-RIFE-RIFE3.1-30fps.zip

I ask if in the future will be possible fix these Artefacts.

this is not the latest model, not even at the time when you made that issue.
