Rife v4.18 #75

Thanks @hzwer for the new Rife v4.18. Do you think there might be any major changes/improvements over v4.15. There's very little to choose between the two although v4.18 might be a tiny bit better :)

I am preparing to scale up the training data, 4.18 is to confirm that the recent changes at least did not introduce bugs.

So far I could find no bugs. If anything there might even be a small improvement.

@hzwer in your opinion what is the most robust/safe to use model for now? Which one was trained the most?

@bonlime RIFEv4.18, we found 5% improved case comparing with v4.15.

I'm glad it's not just me that saw the improvements. I'm so used to saying that v4.15 is the best that I worried that maybe I was seeing things :)
