expanded icon doesn't show in the right place #17

The only way for me to make it work is to add the line 
indicatorLayout.setGravity(Gravity.RIGHT|Gravity.CENTER_VERTICAL);

it seems it has been changed somewhere.

Fixed now. I re-added the indicator_gravity attribute in the main layout - you 
could do similiar, the control is done in the way that it accepts extra 
attributes.
