Netbeans: Newly installed font won't show #1

Newly downloaded font will not show up under

Tools > Options > Fonts & Colors > Font: > ...

or

Tools > Options > Miscellaneous > Output > Font

Tried adding

-J-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 & -J-Dawt.useSystemAAFontSettings=On

at the end of

netbeans.conf located in C:\Program Files\NetBeans-20\netbeans\etc

What worked:

Install for all users (as an administrator)

I also tried the following

command > dir > copy .otf file through the command line > Paste in c:\Windows\Fonts

(Read in stackoverflow that it doesn't work if you copy it through File Explorer )
