Version numbers should be added to caches names #47

For example hdf5 should be changed from ${{runner.os}}-hdf5-${{hashFiles('./hdf5.')}} to ${{runner.os}}-hdf5-${{env.HDF5_VER}}-${{hashFiles('./hdf5.')}}
