I renamed the master branch to 2019 and added the master and linux branches from i-RIC/iricdev to make it easier to keep i-RIC/iricdev and i-RIC/iricdev-2019 in synch. I also set the default branch to 2019 for i-RIC/iricdev-2019. When you visit https://github.com/i-RIC/iricdev-2019 you should get instructions to fix your local iricdev-2019 repository:
Other than that, these are minor changes so I'll merge as soon as appveyor is finished.
