Make folders under iRICZone node only when needed #71

Currently, when new time step is added, folders like "FlowCellSolution1", "PolydataSolution1" etc are created, even when the solver does not output cell solution or polydata solution.

To keep the CGNS file structure simple, modify iriclib so that those folders are created only when we really need them.
