Is appveyor integration broken? #1253

11/13/2023 No appveyor build when creating a pull request(https://github.com/i-RIC/prepost-gui/pull/1252) or after merging pull request.

possibly due to https://github.com/i-RIC/prepost-gui/pull/1226 pending check
