プリプロセッサから格子断面ウィンドウを開くと、異常終了する #1363

断面ウィンドウを開いて I / J をスライダーで変更すると異常終了することがある

I/Jが入れ替わっており、スライダーで指定したインデックスが存在しない場合にnullを参照して落ちていた
