Scenario protein glycan #127

Create scenario page based on https://github.com/haddocking/haddock3/blob/main/examples/docking-protein-glycan/docking-protein-glycan-full.cfg

Use ilrmsdmatrix module instead of rmsdmatrix

All residues of glycan should be selected automatically.
