Move scenarios page before build page #135

The preferred way to submit haddock3 jobs is to use one of the scenarios. The builder is for fine tuning or starting from scratch.

Goto versions page of each image, find version called pr-135, filter on tagged versions by clicking "N tagged" button in table header, click on ... button and select Delete version.
