Restrict parameter to any chain in any of the uploaded molecules #162

Now using format:chain only works correctly when it is nested with 'maxItemsFrom:molecules'.

For example upload 2 pdb files with chain A, B and C should give you a select for caprieval:receptor_chain parameter of A, B or C. Currently is has just A.
