Update i-adopt_1_0_0.ttl to fix the `/` versus `#` confusion #12

Hi @marc-portier I fully agree with the changes being made. before merging this, may I ask you for one change? The ontology files with version numbers in their paths are kept for historic reasons and should not be changed. The current version is maintained in i-adopt.ttl. So, could you please move your changes to that file and restore the old i-adopt_1_0_0.ttl?

I can not add to your branch / merge request myself (as far as I know). After the change, I will do the merge and create an according release asap.
