…harmonize the inventory of coastal research metadata in our institutes data repository in order to reach a highest-possible degree of FAIRness

So that...

every interested party or stakeholder benefits from (meta-)data interoperability and re-usability

Domain(s)

(bio-)geochemistry, environmental chemistry, oceanography and various earth system science modelling efforts with focus on interactions of ocean, land, atmosphere and us humans

Addition Information

everything that improves mutual understanding of (field) data producers and modellers, even from the same research domain, would help a lot

Dear @LM-HZG could you please check whether 'metadata annotation' (as use case) would fit as an assignment for your user story? Please check this table to find a better or additional use case which matches better your user story.

Hello @mabablue ,

UC 7 is certainly the best suiting use case, but it may also serve as data annotation (UC 6) and faceted semantic data search (UC 10) and as data integration (UC12) aid in the future.
