scientist who needs to clean analytical data collected using e.g. different methodologies/instruments

I want to...

Identify whether a term (variable= specifying a geochemical measurement represents a chemical compound such as an oxide (NiO) or a chemical element (Ni).

So that...

So that I can decide if I need to perform additional calculations on the data of interest in order to normalize the data to identify the elemental composition of a given sample.

Dear @huberrob could you please check whether the assigned labels fit as use cases for your user story? Please check this table find a better or additional use case which matches better your user story.
