If RCT = control, we want to reduce the message shared to something shorter. I.e. "caddy will not respond to your message, your message has been sent to your advisor instead"
We then want the flow to be:
1) advisor writes message
2) caddy probability of RCT
3) i) if caddy RCT = treatment, then caddy writes response to supervisor, supervisor approves/declines, advisor recieves caddy or altered caddy message
3) ii) if caddy RCT = control, then supervisor is sent query, supervisor responds and advisor recieves supervisor message
