Overview page -Remove data taken from Casebook: table, dashboards, metrics. -Keep 'Days of Advice' and 'Active Advisers' metric and table of calls by Adviser -(?)Add a column with change in hold time and average call time -(?) Chart change in hold time and average call time

Active Advisers by group page -Remove metrics taken from Casebook data

Advice Quality ? What is 'Average Admin' -If we keep this, we'd want a comparison between Caddy and non Caddy

Caddy Activity -Make this the first page -Add in filter for office

Working Pattern- remove
