add lambda to ask follow-up survey questions based on workspace table #46

Each user should ahve a set of features linked to their workspace. If randomisation is not 0, it should randomly assign it to either Caddy, or negative message.

If it gets negatiev message, it should ask 3 survey questions. These should be pulled from the DynamoDB table, ideally in json format, eg
