Recreate playground NBs #59

To get rid of secrets, we've removed the playground notebooks. @ChetanChauhanSims , I think would be good to take some of the old ones and clean them up a bit? Make sure secrets are handled correctly, and use them to illustrate our prompt + retriver choices. To review this week!
